Head Coach Haytham Mansur has earned a US Soccer Federation National Youth License, USSF D license, and a NSCAA National Diploma.

He played at the highest level of youth soccer in Northern Virginia before playing professionally in Libya and Jordan .

Haytham has coached numerous teams in McLean and Reston including three WAGS division 1 teams and a NCSL division 1 team. He was a staff coach for the Washington Freedom Super Y teams and will continue to coach under the new DC Elite Training Alliance.

Haytham and his training staff teach possession style of play, concentrating on strong technical and tactical skills development. This is done by stressing the technical fundamentals of players in a challenging, yet fun environment.

They believe in developing players to have complete, well-rounded skill sets that will allow them to compete at the highest levels and any type of environment in the future.
